For the University of Zaragoza, as well as for BSH Electrodomésticos España, the incorporation of students in the company has been a very successful link. Both parties believe that professional qualifications for university graduates are very important as their inclusion in the world of work is then backed up by levels of training that are suited to reality and in line with the demands of companies. This means that students get the chance to put what they’ve learned at university into practice.
Currently the fields of engineering are the areas that involve the most contact between university students and BSH España. However, with the implementation of the Bologna Process, the organisation hopes to extend the collaboration to include other areas of expertise and specialities. Therefore, BSH Electrodomésticos España encourages all those university students who are in the final year of their relevant specialities to complete their theses / degree or master’s dissertations, so that the students and the company can all benefit.
This means that BSH will actively contribute towards the training of future professionals, offering contact opportunities with the job market before they finish their studies, as well as giving them a way in to the market thanks to the scholarship programme.
